Document Submission to the Embassy
On the appointed day, we accompany you to the embassy for document submission, ensuring everything meets the requirements and eliminating the possibility of errors.

Waiting for a Decision
Document processing takes from 3 to 6 months.

Receiving the Visa
After approval, you come to the embassy in your country and receive the visa.

Arrival in the Czech Republic and Receiving the Work Card
Upon arrival in the Czech Republic, you receive a Work Card, which grants the right to long-term residence and official employment. We assist with finding accommodation, employment, and provide consultation on any questions.

Is knowledge of Czech required?
No. To obtain the visa and start working, basic Ukrainian or Russian is sufficient. Our coordinators will assist you on-site, and employers provide an introductory Czech course after you begin work.
Can I change employers after I arrive?
Yes. Under Czech labor law you may switch to another employer after working with us for 6 months. We will help update your permits and notify the immigration authorities.
Who pays taxes and health insurance?
We handle all mandatory taxes, social contributions, and health insurance for you each month. These amounts are already reflected in your payslip—there are no hidden fees.
Can I move with my family?
Yes. You may apply for a visa together with your spouse. Children’s visas are arranged through family reunification; you can apply for them after 6 months of your stay in the Czech Republic.
How long is the visa valid, and how long can I stay in the country?
The initial visa is issued for 2 years and can be renewed indefinitely. After 5 years of residence you become eligible to apply for permanent residency (PR).
